Five Star Storage Launches Third-Party Self-Storage Management Service

Five Star Storage, which operates 37 self-storage facilities in the Dakotas, Minnesota and Montana, has launched a third-party management service called Five Star Storage Management. It aims to help fellow industry owners optimize their operations, enhance the customer experience and maximize their profitability, according to a press release.

Services will include general operations, revenue management, marketing and customer-service enhancements.  As an operator, Five Star has more than 20 years of self-storage experience, with a focus on providing industry best practices and technology, the release stated.

“We are excited to introduce our Five Star Storage Management as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional storage solutions,” said Ben Hendricks, CEO of Five Star Storage. “Our goal is to leverage our industry knowledge and operational excellence to help other storage-facility owners achieve their business objectives.”

Founded in 2004, Five Star Storage specializes in the acquisition, development and management of self-storage properties.
