Self-Storage Technology Provider OpenTech Alliance Announces C-Level Promotions

OpenTech Alliance Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of kiosks, call-center services and other technology for the self-storage industry, announced c-level promotions in the areas of finance, marketing and operations support, according to a press release.

Kristi Adams was promoted from vice president of marketing to chief marketing officer, overseeing global marketing initiatives, brand strategy and customer engagement. Having joined OpenTech in 2019, she previously led marketing at CubeSmart, Fort Box and other self-storage operations across Europe and the United States, providing support for eight product lines, the release stated.

Tina Berlingeri was promoted from call-center director to vice president of call-center operations. She’ll oversee operational processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency, support customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery. Since joining the company in 2016, she has supported the growth and development of policies, procedures and personnel.

Tania Miaoulis was named chief financial officer. She’ll lead financial operations, drive strategic planning and analysis, develop strategies for capital allocation, optimize working capital to minimize costs and risks, and provide insights for decision-making and growth strategies. Miaoulis joined OpenTech last year as vice president of accounting and finance. She led the implementation of new processes, systems and internal controls to improve company efficiency, risk mitigation and payment processing.

Kimberly Robinson was elevated from director of marketing communications to vice president of marketing. She’ll lead demand generation, product marketing and paid media. Robinson joined OpenTech in 2019 as creative content manager and was promoted to director of marketing communications in 2022.
